Financing options to discuss
Home improvement financing
Ask about financing for eligible Evergreen products and installation. Options may include financing up to 100% of the project cost with no money down, subject to approval and program availability.
Equity-based options
If you have equity in your home, ask whether an equity-based option could fit your situation. These options differ from traditional installment loans and may have different income requirements, payment schedules, and repayment obligations.
Before choosing a program, ask about rates, fees, monthly payments, when repayment is due, and whether your home secures the financing. No monthly payment does not mean no cost or no repayment obligation.
Availability and eligibility vary. Financing is not guaranteed. Credit, income, property, location, and other requirements depend on the provider and program. Review the provider’s written terms before committing.
